By submitting a service request, you authorize our independent technicians to visit your provided address to inspect, diagnose, and repair your appliance.
A standard visiting and diagnostic charge is applicable if the technician arrives at your location and diagnoses the issue, but you choose not to proceed with the final repair. This charge covers the technician's travel and assessment time.
The final cost of repair, including labor and spare parts, will be communicated to you by the technician after a physical diagnosis of the appliance. No repair work will be initiated without your prior approval of the estimated cost.
Payment must be made in full immediately upon the successful completion of the repair service. We accept payment via Cash, UPI, or directly to the technician as agreed upon during the visit.
We provide a limited post-service warranty on the specific spare parts replaced and the exact labor performed (warranty duration is typically 30 to 90 days, as explicitly specified on your final invoice). This warranty becomes void if the appliance is tampered with by another party, suffers physical damage, or experiences electrical/voltage fluctuations.
24X7 SMART CARE SOLUTION and its technicians shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our repair services, or any pre-existing conditions/faults in the appliance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haridwar, Uttarakhand or Bengaluru, Karnataka where our offices are established.
